In 2007, Midwest Residential and Commercial Steel, Inc. was organized to build steel framing systems for residential homes and small commercial projects that are designed to replace “wood”. Our plans are to open a factory in the community which would enable the manufactured systems that are produced to be within a short delivery distance from the developments. Over 85% of the steel framing factories in existence today only produce large commercial steel structures. With this mind, the market for residential and small commercial steel framing is unlimited. Therefore, the steel framing systems for residential and small commercial projects will be 100% produce by this factory because there is limited competition and unlimited profit potential.
