We produce high quality Geo Duck from Alaska. We own 30 acres of patented farm sites, as well as a nursery to grow seed up to a plant ready size. We are looking for an investor to build a Hatchery to secure a source of seed, as well as a box out facility to stream line the process of bringing the product to market.
Terms must be a deferred payment till harvest (5 years), or a percentage of company purchase, with no loan but shares of earnings.
Annual gross sales will exceed 10 million a year, once the harvest cycle comes to fruition in 5 -7 years. Current annual sales are 100k.
2.2 million for a loan, 6.75 million for a 25% share of company,(with 5 million going back into the company) with net annual sales in the 7-11 million dollar range, once harvest begins.
