This is a start-up idea for a local sports bar. The research has been done and the target market is vast; not to mention thirsty. I have 10k of my own capital that I am going to invest, which gets me twenty percent of the way there. Cost to launch is thirty thousand, but I refuse to start without a twenty thousand dollar cushion. The breakeven is set at a very modest six months from the day the doors open. The target market is college students, and currently in this area there is not a bar that caters directly to this market, nor is there any place in this region that provides entertainment for them.
