Description: There is a highly anticipated development going up at Cedar Creek Lake with restaurant and retail, and we would be the premiere bar/restaurant. There is a lot of buzz about this development, as nothing like this has been built here before - even though the area is and has been booming. There will be live music on the outdoor stage on the boardwalk every Friday and Saturday, and our establishment will be situated right outside of this area, making for heavy foot traffic during the live performances and afterward as well. There will be many other attractions, as well - it will be all based around a boardwalk with a festive atmoshpere unlike anything else that exists in this area as of this time. This development, as well as our establishment, is aimed to be something for the locals and weekenders alike. Being situated an hour southeast of Dallas, Cedar Creek Lake is host to many city folks who flock out here for boating, fishing, camping, and so (URL removed) we have an opportunity to add entertainment, good drinks, and good food to that equation. My husband and I moved out to Cedar Creek Lake full time last year after having been weekenders for several years prior, and we feel we are the best contenders to run a bar/restaurant with both the full-time locals and the city people alike. Here is a website for the development: (URL removed)
