Description:
For every $1 you invest in Stor and Deliver, you could potentially see a return of $6 to $9 in the next 36 months.
Stor and Deliver is an on-demand storage company targeting existing self-storage customers. By 2021 we are forecasting over 100 locations, 100,000 customers, and annual revenue >$60M.
All you do is point.
We pick up your belongings for free at your residence or current self-storage unit. We securely wrap, pack, photograph, and e-tag your belongings into our patent pending Stor Smart Vault®, which is transported to our secured climate-controlled warehouse for safe keeping.
Simply request your belongings back through the Stor and Deliver Mobile App available on iOS and Android. All of this for about the same price as a traditional self-storage unit.
Market Opportunity
“At the end of the day, individuals spend $40 billion a year to store their stuff, storage is a big business. For us, it’s not about trying to serve everybody right away, it’s about serving the customers we believe have the biggest pain point today. And those customers are the ones who value their time, and are worried about renting a truck, hiring your friends, boxing everything – Stor and Deliver® is eliminating all the moving parts.”

Stor and Deliver Potential
Between now and the next 18 months, Stor and Deliver® will raise $29.5 million in growth equity capital in three rounds. Early investors in the current $1.5 million preferred, convertible stock offering could experience a total return between 6x and 9x their original investment.
The balance of the equity capital raise will be a $8 million preferred, convertible stock later in 2018, and a $20 million Reg A+ public offering in 2019. Being a publicly traded company at that time, will give the preferred investors the liquidity of a public market, and the opportunity to potentially realize a valuation return of $6 to $9 for every $1 invested in the current round.
