Midtown Deli is a franchise based out of Greenville, SC. It was founded approximately a year and a half ago, not expanding until it could be developed and perfected. The founders have a total of 3 successful restaurant concepts, but are now focusing on making Midtown Deli their "flagship". I personally have been working with the founders for several years in both of the other concepts and have now moved in to the position of becoming a franchisee. I am finishing the construction of my first location in Jacksonville, FL and plan on expanding in my territory at a fast pace. I am very skilled in all aspects of the Food Service industry and am very motivated to grow quickly and become very successful.
