Description:
Xotic-Terra is an exotic car rental company, which I plan to evolve into an "exotic playland" after a few years of success. Providing race tracks to push cars to their limits and other attractions such as formula one simulators. Xotic-Terra would be the middle class mans experience of a rich man's life.
