The members of National Property Trust have previously spent the past 4-5 years and $2MM developing an internal software platform for a national property management firm with over 25,000 residential units. With the permission of their previous employer and full granting of all intellectual property, the members are confident that they will be able to leverage the existing platform into a fully licensed third-party management applications for property management firms, private investors, and condominium associations across the country. NPT is located in Brooklyn, NY and currently has gross sales of Above $250k generated from the members' previously employer. Below are some other important details about the funding that we need.
