For the past year I have been working 3 to 4 jobs plus school, single mother. I am a house cleaner, a book keeper, and a bartender. The bar "Riffs" is my favorite place to work I love the patrons and the theme, I love that the upstairs is a diner and its home. Unfortunately, about a month ago, 1 hour prior to my shift, I was called by the owner, my boss, and told he had closed the doors permanently. I'm devastated! I decided to take control I have all my ducks in a row. The owner of the building is on board, the owner of Riffs trade name, liquor license, the city I literally can reopen the doors I just need help with the cost of opening. I have 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry and 10 of those years have been opening, fixing, and running various restaurants and bars throughout the states. My business plan will show that I can take this bar which had $300k in income last year and make it a profitable bar. Please help me to achieve this lifelong dream of mine. You will not regret it!
