Description:
I am interested in real estate investing. I understand that it is best to have funding before looking for properties. I know that there is good money to be made with foreclosures, plus I know the concept of short sales that can be win/win situations for the homeowner, the banks and myself. There are many foreclosures and vacant properties in my area. I have attended one "bootcamp" and have been utilizing home study materials too. I am a member of the National Foreclosure Institute, from where I can get support when I find deals. I would either "flip" or rehab the properties.
