Description: Sports Alive TV will produce and distribute network broadcast TV content with a new lean and minimalistic approach to production. We will not be an encumbered production company (meaning, brought to you by). We will have no obligations past our Investors. With zero additional costs to pay for licensing content or additional carriage fee’s, SATV is positioned to maximize profitability on content production and global distribution. Our first target market is Mixed Martial Arts. MMA is an expanding market opportunity, estimated to be worth over $3Billion. UFC controls 75-90% of that market. Behind UFC are a number of players, however 2 players, ProElite (East Coast) BAMMA (West Coast) have unique advantages in the market and are in talks with CBS & Showtime. There is a huge potential in this marketplace. SATV currently holds TV rights to BAMMA and EFC (Extreme Fighting Championship - Africa) and is in talks with ProElite for production rights. We have an opportunity to own and distribute BAMMA content globally. We have a hard deadline for minimal funding. We have a contract to shoot a scheduled event on 9/20/11. UFC PPV revenue is ~$500million annually. MMA/BAMMA/EFC (1 of 5 sports properties), represents an international distribution opportunity. SATV holds TV rights to 5-other Sports Properties for 7-years and is in the position to produce 95hrs of content for 2012 alone. We are asking for 200k in a seed round.
