Myself and three partners have a restaurant management company. We currently have one restaurant in operation, one restaurant that is due to open the first week of January, 2009 and one restaurant that is due to open in March of 2009.
We concept, project manage during construction, open and operate each restaurant. Our model is the Kimpton Hotel and Restaurant Group out of San Francisco, as myself and one of my partners were long time GM's for the Kimpton Group.
