Description:
We currently own a profitable boat touring business on Clearwater Beach. We plan to find an existing hotel on the intracoastal waters of Clearwater Beach, FL and change it to The Tropics Oasis, marrying the branding of our existing business. We will create a like feel in our hotel. The hallways of our hotel will match known vacation themes, all related to The Tropics and the hotel rooms will be themed. We will have interested Clearwater Beach history and inspiring music lyrics in common areas.
Occupancy rates on Clearwater Beach are the highest they've been in 5 years. We expect occupancy of over 80% annually.
