Description:
We are an affilliate of a very successful, NYC based coffee cafe, MUD, which was written up in Fortune Magazine, featured on Oprah, etc. (see web MUDNYC). With the guidance, support and involvement of the owner (shareowner as well), we are in the process of opening this unique coffee house at the train station in Mineola, N.Y., which is ideally located for hight traffic by the LIRR commuters, Winthrop Hospital staff/visitors, etc. The lease has been obtained, architectural plans completed and town permits are in process. We are seeking additional capital to complete the launch. Projected gross sales the first year are 500K.
