I have not officially started up my business but I am working on the particulars. My ultimate goal is to create a non profit organization that would utilize government grants and hopefully angel funders to provide training and job placement and even academic training to parolees and inmates released into society. The recidivism rate is so high due to the prison system not implementing training, counseling, job assistance, etc. I believe that if my organization is able to solicit businesses to hire parolees and as an incentive, they would only have to pay half their salary for the first year, while our organization would pay the remainder of their salary. If after six months to a year the employee proves to be a good worker and the company would like to hire them, then they would have that
