I am interested in starting a mobile coffee bar. I want to convert a Dodge Sprinter into the "Mud Bug". It would have an espresso machine,blender(for smoothies), tea and homemade pastries. I want to use organic/recycle materials as much as possible. I have looked into the possibility of converting the diesel engine into biodiesel. I am currently working as a RN on 2nd shift and know the need for food and coffee choices after 7pm. My plan would be to make scheduled stops everyday and then also be available to take appointments for special events.
