I will start by telling a little about myself. I am a U.S. Marine who has finished my obligated service successfully as a Sergeant (E-5). I left for the reason to settle down and get into real estate investment. I have done alot of research to get my self more acquainted and am very passionate in my choice to pursue this career. I am however finding it very difficult to get started on my own. It takes money to make money, and sadly that is something that i dont have an abundance of, but i do foresee it in the near future. My business will be generally centered on "flipping" residential single family homes due in part to the potential high gain and secondly the construction team that i already have in place. everything from brick masons to drywaller's all licensed and insured. Other strategies will also be put into motion if seen fit. ie: short sales, wholesaling(assign contract and double closings if necessary.) And then of course there are the rental properties if substantial cash flow can be generated from such. The basis of my company will be to basically buy low and sell high. And in this current market it will be to buy extremely low and sell at a profitable yet below market value to ensure quick sell and move on to the next venture. I hope that you can see my dedication and willingless to make us both a substantial amount of income.
