All we need from you is a 6 foot by 6 foot space (or your bed or chair for some rehab clients.) in your home or office and we'll do the rest. We'll bring the necessary equipment at no extra charge. First you will receive a full health & fitness evaluation. This evaluation is done prior to all sessions. For rehabilitation clients, a doctors note or consultation with your physical therapist may be required. Then get back to good health one on one with our rehabilitation specialist.
