We are a startup company looking for funding to purchase our first single family residence investment property. Our LLC is husband and wife member owned. We are currently looking at a variety of properties, in the foreclosure process, in the Ashland/Medford, Oregon area. These properties are in desirable neighborhoods. It is our intention to flip this initial property and use the profits to fund our future investments. Our experience comes from previous primary residences that we purchased below market value, refurbished, and sold for a profit. Being longtime residents of the Rogue Valley area, we have a great understanding of the current market.
