I am attempting to start a busniess in human resources. I would like to open a community center that will engage children and young adults in their community. This program will help restore the faith the children have in their community and give them pride in where they live and help in rebuiling their community. This will be done through education, trade, activities and self help. I am also hoping to have community participation with companies within the community to help the teen in employment and mentoring.
