I am a business game designer who makes the board game in general. In the recent years, I have received the order to make the stock market related game. It was a challenge because I had no knowledge of how trading transaction takes the place. Simply I had no idea of how to make a profit from day to day transaction as a day trader. The financial analysis using the ratio from the data given from the corporation was never good enough to forecast the stock price. All the software in the market available to us is somewhat expensive and very vague about the turning point of “sell.” It does not inform us uphill line or downhill line of its movement.
Because of all the reasons above, I studies and created the formula to prepare for the better investment based on the volatility.
Also it can be used for the option market in equity as well. Perhaps as long as we can obtain the historic data, it can apply to any market in the world.
We all know that the market is not all about the numbers. It is influenced by the consumer behavior of two elements called as “greed and fear.”
The big news such as financial meltdown of Fanny Mae or change in Crude Oil Price is significantly important to suggest the decision making of strategy.
