Iam self employed and have been investigating property's in Pa since 06, I purchased my first property Sept 06 for $600 and went to settlement April 08' for the sale price of 15k. I have documentation to prove this fact. I came across a property in a great area on the mainline of pa, which has a market value of $256k and is being sold for 8k in back taxes at auction shortly. I've done a title search and confirmed that this property is in fact free and clear of all liens and encumbrances. And would like the opportunity to increase my buying/bidding power at auction.
