Description:
I am a real estate agent that has an idea to help people who are fighting forclosure. I am looking for investors that are willing to help people. Investors who would be willing to buy the pre forclosure from the bank and sell it back to the current owner at the current market value. You wont make much if any on the resale of the house but you will get interest on your money. It would be handled just like any other real estate deal. If anyone is interested please give me a call.
