My company is an LLC and I am just getting started. My needs are for funding and a large sum of it. One million seems reasonable at this time. The purpose is for real estate investing however it is not for my own personal gains. My wish is to help Foster Children and the Homeless. I intend to work with the Foster care system and purchase single family homes that are in foreclosure or pre-foreclosure. Then make them livable, purchase the furnishings and start a campaign to recruit college students who qualify to run the homes and take care of the foster children. the children will still receive their funds from the state to support the daily functions of the home and the childs needs.
