Description:
I have an opportunity in Ecuador for cocao farming... the project is for the build out of 660 hectares located in the Guayas region. Approx. 20 Km from Guayaquil the largest city in Ecuador. I have a very detailed complete package for a serious investor. If you have interest please contact me on my mobile 35-608-5628 or office (Phone # removed). or (URL removed) Also the land is located adjacent to the New International Airport currently under construction so there is a great deal of upside potential above and beyond the agriculture profitability of the project.
