I have 2 well established hotel/resorts in a major tourist destination in the Southwest that I want to buy. Combined sales are about $2m and net income (ebitda) of $820,000 for last year. So they cash flow nicely. My business plan calls for raising up to $30m to consolidate more independent locations (upscale boutique hotels) and to build some "green resorts" on the west coast.
