I have a market analysis study that is extremely positive, architect drawings by Cuhaci @ Peterson of Orlando, and have lined up Elle Senior Living of Orlando for management and Sage age Mature Strategies for consultants.
I need somewhere around $10 million in equity partners to go with $2 million of my own funds if I am to secure the 75% financing that has been made available to me for this $50 million project.
