Description: Full-service, state-of-the-art, family-oriented skating rink in hugely populated area located on a prime lot needs start-up funding. Although this business seems more as a luxury than a necessity, we beg to argue that our business IS needed. Children and teenagers throughout our area have nothing better to do with their time than hang out at the mall or get into trouble. Our business would give them somewhere fun, recreational and safe to go to with their family and friends on a consistent basis. Prime lot is located right off of a busy roadway/intersection within walking distance of several hotels and the largest outlet shopping mall in the state. Also within 25 miles of Washington, D.C.
