The molds are nearing completion for our newly designed, 50' sportfishing yacht. There's a new niche there for us and we need to take advantage rather quickly.
We can "pre-sell" the first vessel for a low price (customer can't see the product to begin) or lay the first hull, cap, house and flybridge then bring a buyer to decide on the options, power, etc. for a much higher price. Obviously, we'd prefer the later but will need about $150,000 in additional financing to get us to that point.
We have plenty of collateral and, with the interest we've had so far, are quite willing to personally leverage for this project.
