We started Domestic Engineers to be a Do-It-All company. We have the experience to offer all types of cleaning services(general,deep,windows,new construction,floors,carpets,upholstery,fire,mold,water,blood,ect.), full range of lawn & landscape services(lawn mowing,mulch,pruning,new installs, sod, irrigation,hardscapes,ect.), pool&spa maintenance, and general property upkeep/maintenance. We are not architects, new construction contractors, or the ones you call if you want to completely renovate your home/business. We are the total weekly, monthly, and yearly maintenance for your home, business, and land. A little background on the us and our experience. I have 17+years in the lawn & landscape field, the two owners have a combined 50 years in residential/commercial cleaning, and our handyman/fix it guy has 10+ years in property maintenance. We know there are similar companies out there like Serv-Pro and Honey Do Handyman, but not with the wide range of services and experience we offer. The business is located in Murfreesboro, TN and Rutherford is the county. This area has been listed in the top 5 areas in the nation for growth & (URL removed) area is exploding with new homes and business', but still is close knit and word of mouth carries wait. We have the business of several predominant citizens and business', but need to take the next step. As of now we are only offering the cleaning services. Some of our commercial accounts include AT&T, SunTrust, and Capital Bank. The owner is an experienced real estate/title/closure manager and has top real estate professionals excited about the business and putting the word out. The one problem is the equipment needed to make all the services possible is another 8 to 9 months away for our company. But with a small investment we could take it several levels up. I know good things come to those that wait, but this area is blowing up and we are the type business that can half a neighborhood under our care. Like I said before 'word of mouth' is still a major hiring force in the type of clientele we are going for. The ground work is laid and Domestic Engineers will get to the point we envisioned when putting it together, but I thought I may give this a shot just to see if anyone might be interested in taking a very small chance. the investment we are looking for is very minimal and we are wanting to perhaps bring in a new skill-set to the business.
