Description:
We provide the day-to-day service requirements for home owners that are away from home on business, vacations, or whom are "Snow Birds" ( our wonderful part-time residents). We contract for daily-weekly-monthly home service to watch over their homes, both interior and exterior of the homes while they are away. We provide in house cleaning, inspections, standby while repair, delivery, installations and other activities are taking place in the home. We check the exterior of homes to ensure pool service personnel are maintaining the contracted services/schedule; ensure that the landscapers are meeting their obligations; accept deliveries of packages, mail and other items in the absence of the home owner; we remove any newspapers, flyers trash and other items from the property; make frequent and random security checks of the property to protect against vandalism burglary, home invasion and other incidents to the property. Act as the Property Owner's Liaison in their absence in the event of any incidents on the property to ensure emergency services have been notified, photos to document the incident for insurance purposes and other services as contracted.
