Our small business, Long Green Music, is seeking for $500k- $2 million in early stage business funding to grow our Music Entertainment startup business. Long Green Music is located in Dallas, TX and our company currently brings in annual gross sales of $250k or Less. I have included some basic details below regarding the funding that we're looking for.
Long Green Music is a full service record label which is ready to begin manufacturing, distributing and marketing its catalogue of music which spans the genres of Rhythm & Blues, Hip Hop/Rap, Latin, Rock, Reggae, Dance Hall, and Jazz. Long Green's catalogue of music will provide music listeners with songs containing exciting real life concepts that will be distributed through both physical and digital channels, encompassing radio stations, cd/mp3 players and computers around the world. Long Green is in its start-up phase, but already has amassed a catalogue of over 140 songs, which is over 10 albums of music. Long Green Music's in house Producer and Owner Cold Cash has long standing ties in the Music Industry. Therefore his ties have allowed Long Green Music to have artists such as Pink, Verdine White (Earth, Wind, and Fire), Jazze Pha, Too Short and Dr. Dre featured on Long Green Music songs.
Long Green Music would prefer to receive funding from these types of sources:
-Equity Funding (Venture Capital, Angel, Private Equity, etc.)
At this point in time, we fully intend to use the funds that we raise for the following purposes:
-Operating/Growth Capital (Payroll, Sales & Marketing, etc)
