Frontier Destinationz, LLC (Frontier Destinationz or the Company) business will develop and build a luxury timeshare resort in Alaska. Called Midnight Sun Resort, the timeshare resort will be the very first of its kind in the state of Alaska. Units in the resort will be offered as fractional ownership to individuals. The Company will retain about 20% of the units to operate as nightly rental units to non-unit owners.
The 1st Phase of the Midnight Sun Resort project will also include multiple commercial retail spaces that will generate rental income. The resort will also have a fine-dining restaurant owned by Frontier Destinationz.
