Description:
Walter Place Estate and Gardens is a Antebellum home with 17 acres of gardens. This property is perfect for an Event Venue business. The Event venue business in this area is huge, and Walter Place could easily become the premier Event palce in the Mid-South (Memphis TN area). Walter place, with its historic beauty, manicured gardens and experienced staff would offer Weddings and corporate events, second to none. Walter Place is strategically located between three major cities and would provide a close venue that is private and beautiful. My staff and i have about 30 years of experience and are very "detail" oriented to each event in order to make it happen without drama or problems for the client. In checking with competitors in our area, Walter Place would offer more "bang for the buck" in that our clients would also be able to stay in the home before or after the event, others do not offer that option.
