Description:
As a general contractor we have been building new homes for customers and also doing projects for many larger contractors. We are looking for creative solutions to get through the current cash crunch. we are also investing in real estate and using this as a tool to build wealth and assets. The company has debt for equipment and other operating expenses. We are looking for someone who has experience in business and also finance to help mentor and guide through the current housing crisis. We have 6 to 8 long term employees and would like to utilize them to rehab houses for rent or sale. We believe this will smooth out some of the bumps associated with general construction.
