We have completed R&D for a panel that is used to build high energy effecient homes made from recycled materials. We have a C-Corp number. We need funding (loan) for equipment, 3 months of material, inventory and operating capital. Total ($700k). We have no collateral left. We have spent $214k for the 18 month R&D period. There are 3 principals. We have a written business plan and a site. (Bare land). Panels are R-28 value and light weight. A 10"x16"x48" panel weights approximately 80 pounds. NO wood framing required. Panels have High fire, mold, pest and mildew resistant characteristics. A 1600 square foot house can be built for $55 to $68 a square foot (labor included), depending on desired amenities.
