Description:
We are a real property tax lien buyers and resellers. In today’s market a leverage tax lien investor must anticipate the possibility of a rapidly increasing interest rate environment due to the past activities of the Federal Reserve and the possibility of a downgrading of government debt which may cause a dramatic spike in interest rates. Having assets under management with an anticipated return for a defined period of time positions MLAC to move low yielding aged inventory into those managed pools while at the same time acquiring new inventory at higher yielding current rates in a rising interest rate environment. Through the use of technology and access to real property tax lien placement strategies, MLAC is able to move inventory unlike most companies in this field.
The strategy and its deployment is unique. The skills of the management team provide a unique diversity in emsuring that MLAC's customers will yield the highest benefit possible for their investments.
We are pleased to discuss our investor options with qualified investors/brokers.
