This is a startup commuter rail service. We will operate on existing raillines throughout Delaware, southeastern Pennsylvania and Cecil County Maryland. Capital costs are low in comparison to governmentally funded projects. We are presently seeking to purchase some surplus current generation commuter equipment from a major transit authority that no longer needs them. If we can secure the equipment at an incredibly asking price we could be operational by the end of this year.
