China Yacht Imports, DBA Aquitalia Yachts USA is the Exclusive Master Distributor for Fujian Yihong Yacht Corp, China. We have established relationships with 30 yacht dealers, brokers, and online sales sites. There are no Aquitalia Yachts in the USA. We seek funding to build, insure, and operate a 70 ft Flybridge Yacht in Florida for sales demonstration purposes. We have a significant market competitive advantage. The yachts are Italian design, build in China with excellent quality and substantial labor savings. Especially in the bigger yachts. We seek $1.7 million in either cash, or pledged securities we can leverage through Elite Financial for cash, to purchase the first demo yacht. This yacht will be used to develop a dealership network in the USA, place in boat shows, sell boats for construction, sell online, and after 6 months use, to sell. Funds will then be rolled into a second demo boat. Investors will hold a ship mortgage on the boats. Upon sale of final boat investors get funds back, and hold 40% equity in the registered US company called China Yacht Imports. Projected annual ROI is very good!
