I am a real estate investor in northeast Ohio. I am looking for investment partners in the area to work along side long term and short term real estate investments. We are currently looking for wholesaling deals - REO's, short sales, and tax liens as well as commercial performing properties - medical, multi-family, or other long term lease tenant. The intent is to bring on investment partners that would receive a very lucrative return on their investments. Initial investments would be paid out once the investment property was sold for a profit or paid out monthly from long term acquisitions. I will not do any deals with potential investors that are not in the Ohio area. We must be able to get together, discuss goals, and create a face to face working relationship.
