BILLALI MINE LLC
Over 25 years ago 3 partners purchased the Billali mine in the Steeple Rock District mining district in New Mexico. From 1991 through 1997 the claim was leased to the Nova Gold and Biron Bay Canadian mining companies. Byron Bay contracted MPH Consulting Inc of Canada to analyze results from the holes drilled on the Billali claim. MPH Consulting Inc estimated 219,000 tons of ore averaging 0.244 ounces of gold per ton and 12.8 ounces of silver per ton. Using values as of Oct 15, 2011 the approximate value of the ore is $177,871,800.
The three partners decided to mine the ore themselves and on November 12, 2009 the State of New Mexico granted the required permit to open and operate the Billali claim as an underground mine. Since that time only weekend progress has been made to bring the mine into production.
March 24, 2010 the three partners started Billali Mine LLC with the intent of raising enough capitol to bring the mine into completion and produce the estimated ore previously identified. The three partners have placed all mineral rights, permits, equipment, and property ownership into the Billali Mine LLC entity. With the current value of the ore and improvements done at the mine site the entity has grown in value to the point that securing a loan for the $3,000,000 needed to hire the workers and bring the mine into full production would be very attractive for an investor.
The three original partners combined have over 140 years of mining experience. Their experience will be used to mine this claim at much lower operating costs using older mining techniques and inexpensive equipment.
