Description: The Master’s Hand Foundation (MHF) was formed by a desire to make a difference in the lives of United States military veterans who have selflessly given themselves to serve our country. These veterans have fallen through the cracks of a broken system that has failed to provide for their physical and medical needs. Unfortunately, the widespread economic and political issues that the United States face have caused this failure. The United States is inundated by a multitude of issues, from declining productivity to increased debt ceiling, prevalence of terrorist-inspired incidents, over-expanded government control, and the influx of illegal immigrants, causing the country to hit rock bottom on the economic scale. The result of this has caused widespread poverty, homelessness, neglect, and an astronomical suicide rate among our veterans. MHF envisions to establish residential rehabilitation centers that will provide relief services to veterans and help improve their overall well-being by working hand in hand with government entities and private agencies. MHF will look beyond their basic human needs for shelter, food, and warmth by also providing an oversight in their health status, recovery, rehabilitation, and job training to have a normal life. Combined, the families of the Board of Directors of MHF have served in the US military for over 100 years, beginning at the outbreak of World War II, and continue to serve in multiple branches to this day. Due to their families’ deep military history, and the belief that “We take care of those who have sacrificed for us,” MHF hopes to develop as many residential rehabilitation centers as possible to ensure that our veterans are not forgotten and that their cry for help will not be left unanswered. Our expertise in the fields of real estate, finance, and medical management serve as our springboard in creating this non-profit venture, founded on the belief that with hard work and perseverance we can achieve our mission in answering their cry for help. We are relentless in our efforts to seek grants and financing from private and public sectors to realize our goal of creating residential rehabilitation centers for veterans. In addition to the housing oversight and management that we will provide, we will also establish an ancillary service to look after their health care needs, and work with counselors and trainers to assist in building their ability to be employed.
