Description: This is a very unique business Located downtown of a small upstate city with 2 colleges with in a mile of our front door and 15 miles from the baseball hall of fame. It's an 1897 Vaudeville theater with a beer and wine licence. We specialize in live music but can accommodate any type of performance in either of our two venues including movies, plays etc. We are equipped with in house sound & lights and a beautiful bar that matches the time period of the theater. We are almost there but need additional financing to complete the vision with full kitchen and small restaurant, additional bar in the theater with tiered seating. These improvement would allow us to get a full liquor licence and be open the full week rather than just one to two days a week now as our licence only allows us to be open during events. It would also open us open to wedding rental, corporate events as well as dinner theater and a number of other types of events. We have the room to house an in-house micro brewery to go with the pub/restaurant and is ideal location to introduce the brewery products to tourist and college students from all over the world. I have passion determination and the backing of local government and economic development. This is a gem in the rough and has the potential to be something truly spectacular. The building has existing income from apartment rentals and store fronts and has already had extensive work done including all new electric, fire escapes, sprinkler systems and much more.
