not sure how this works and I am not looking for help with my business but
I have found a 190 acres that have proximally 27,000,000 worth of coal they are asking 1,500,000 for the property with the coal mining company ready to start mining and paying 10% royalty over ten years
I would like a 50,000 per year manager fee and all the rest of the profits go to investor and at the end of the 10 years I keep the property
