Portable wood fired pizza operation that is looking to expand... expand both with access to capital to facilitate growth via events, festivals and catering, but both towards a lounge/wood fired pizza + brewery operation. Opened the doors in late 2009 and just finished my 3rd year doing this.
Expanded business line to offer custom, artisan wood fired oven building in 2012, but need capital to really push this line and get it moving. Built 5 ovens last year (all portable) and have plans of expanding that further.
