Established in 1915, Ginger Blue Resort became renown for fine dining, camping, canoeing and horseback riding. The property which lies on the bluffs of the Elk River in the Missouri Ozarks, contains 14 acres, including extensive highway frontage. The area has a high tourist trade between spring and fall and the rejuvenation of the resort would be enjoyed by the locals and tourists alike.
The renovation project is broken down into phases including construction of new cabins and renovation of existing cabins, RV site development, construction of a bar and grill and a country store/shop. Total costs are projected at approximately $500,000 for all of the phases. Estimated income will be based on phase completion but with no debt service income projections are favorable.
