Seeking lending partners to provide milestone lending options
1. Qualifying assets and getting under contract - days 1-30 initial contract negotiations and due diligence and inspections and environmental phase with low $100 deposits low risk. We can do 10% of raise for SIG.
2. Due Dilligence wrap up/wind down/ proof of funds - days 31-60 Wrap up or wind down diligence report. Accept/Reject. Proof of funds 20%-30% for down
3. Closing - days 61-90 sign closing docs
4. 5% Acquisition credit line due upon closing and keys ceremony.
