Description:
I am seeking capital to invest in domestic oil exploration in the Illinois Oil Basin to go after wells my father drilled and messed up in the 80's but that could well produce high, high returns by just moving higher up into the apparent oil pools that we have located.I do not seek to sell shares,I seek a loan so that I may take the full shares.
