Full service catering company and banquet facility. We are currently moving into cafeteria, kiosk, concessions, and vending. We established in October 2003 purchasing a lease for a banquet facility and we have experienced steady growth each year and have become a major player in Northern Illinois with our catering devision for off premiss catering. Most recently we have pursued a contract with a local Fortune 500 company providing kiosk/cafeteria operations as well as contractual catering with them. We have a major opportunity to absorb the vending for this institution as well. We are developing and pursuing other opportunities with several other local businesses and goverment agencies.
