What I have planned is to open an organic garden due to the new found interest in organic foods. My first year I will only run about 6 acres, but over the next 5 years I would like to be able to buy acerage all over the us to grow fruits and vegies in there most agreable climates, eventually I would also like to have property for raising organic beef, pork, and poultry, even dairy.
Now I know I can not run all of this by myself so I would be hiring managers at each piece of property to over see the day to day operations of these properties, and have a network of computers to make it possible for me to oversee my managers.
